I’m Stephen Carter the Host & Director of the show. I grew up in Peoria, Illinois. I’m a self confessed sports nut. I played all sports throughout school. My sports experience as a high school athlete, lettering in Football, Wrestling and Track & my interest in sports is as strong today as it was when I played. I graduated from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg with a BA in Business Administration. I started the show 6 years ago on WCCF 1580 AM, for those of you that started listening to the show in the beginning, my son Nick was my show engineer and co-host. He left the show in 2004 to attend USF in Tampa. Nick just graduated in 2008 with a BS in Criminology from USF, GO BULLS!! I have done play by play & color commentary for the University of Tampa Basketball & Baseball teams. I have also done play by play and color commentary for the North Port High School football games. I will be covering the University of South Florida Bulls Football games & the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Football games again this year. I will be going over coach and player interviews and game details on the show each week. I cover all sports on the show. I will be giving my opinions and I want to hear from our listeners their opinions. I have trivia contests; weekly picks in NFL and NASCAR on the show.
